Initiate Your Request
Log in to your ClickClack account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
